Section 1 General provisions

These terms and conditions (hereinafter "the Conditions") set out the terms and conditions of sale of products offered by the company siLversands its merchant website at the following address: www.silver-sands.eu (hereinafter "the Website").

Seller: siLversands: having its registered office atUzupio str.15, Vilnius, Lithuania, registered in the Trade Register under number: 303169193, VAT number: LT10000173019.

Buyer: a natural person who is of legal age and who is not acting within the context of practising a profession or conducting a business, with whom the Seller concludes an Agreement.

In these Conditions, the Seller and the Buyer shall be individually called "Party" and collectively the "Parties."

Section 2 Purpose

These Conditions are intended to define the terms of sale between the Seller and the Customer for the Products ordered on the Website.

The Parties expressly agree that these Terms govern their contractual relationship, their reciprocal rights and obligations, and all steps involved in the Order process. The validation of the Order placed by the Customer implies acceptance without limitation or reservation with regard to these Terms. To this end, the Customer must have read the Conditions and checked the box "I have read and agree the Terms and Conditions" when placing his/her Order. The Conditions may be saved and/or printed by the Customer.

The Seller reserves the right to modify its General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Conditions shall be applicable from the date of their online publication and shall apply to Orders placed from that date.

Section 3 Price

The contract price is the current price at the moment when an order is placed with the webstore. The prices of articles are quoted inclusive of VAT, but excluding shipping and handling charges for the Order.

The Order price is payable in full on the day the Order is placed by the Customer. The Seller shall not be required to deliver the Order if the price has not been paid in full.

The Seller may change the Product price at any time, but it agrees to apply the prices indicated on its Website at the time the Order is validated by the Customer. 

In the event an obviously incorrect price (low price) is displayed, for whatever reason (including a manual or technical error or IT problem), the Order, including Orders already approved by the Seller, will be canceled. The Customer will be informed as soon as possible of cancellation and may, if desired, replace his/her Order at the corrected price. 

The customer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from siLversands, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; siLversands has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. 

Section 4 Ordering

Placing an Order requires payment. The Customer explicitly acknowledges its obligation to pay for any Order placed on the Website.

To place an Order on the Website, the Customer shall follow the following procedure:

4.1  Registration

When placing his/her first Order, the Customer shall complete a form containing all information required to place the Order. He/she shall indicate a delivery address and email address. He/she shall choose a delivery method.

He/she shall select the Products of choice by clicking to add them to the shopping bag.

When placing the Order, the Customer may obtain a summary of the Products selected at any time by clicking the "Add to bag" link.

He/she can then continue shopping or complete selection and place the Order by making payment.

If the Customer is already registered on the Website, he/she shall identify him/herself by entering an email address and password. He/she must then validate the delivery address entered during a previous Order and then select the Products as indicated above.

Once the Order has been verified, the Customer shall have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, which can be saved and/or printed.

4.2 Validation

By using the website, You represent and warrant that You are at least 18 years old and are otherwise legally qualified to enter into and form contracts under applicable law. Any individual using the Website or Services on behalf of a company further represents and warrants that they are authorized to act and enter into contracts on behalf of that company. This Agreement is void where prohibited.

Section 5 Payment

The Customer may pay for the Order by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, Electron cards and direct bank transfer.

Payment online with the silver-sands.eu is safe and secure, using Paysera.com, one of the largest payment service providers in Europe.

For payment using a PAYPAL account, the Customer will be redirected to the PAYPAL account and once the payment has been confirmed, he/she will be able to complete the Order.

The Customer's bank account will be debited when the Order is shipped.

The Customer guarantees the Seller that it has the required authorizations to use this payment method. The Seller reserves the right to suspend any Order and delivery in the event of credit card payment authorization by banks or in the event of non-payment of any amount due by the Customer. New Order(s) may be refused by the Seller in the event of delayed payment or non-payment, whether partial or total, of a previous Order by the Customer.

Section 6 Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy applies when you visit or surf siLversands site without purchasing any product, when you register on siLversands site and when you use our services for purchasing products.

For the E-commerce Purposes, we collect your Personal Data (such as personal details, e-mail address, credit card numbers, bank code, tax code and telephone number, etc.) on your order form only for the purpose of selling the products ordered by you.

siLversands utilizes the latest in secure server software (SSL) to ensure that all personal information, including credit card details, remains private and secure.

siLversands will not rent or sell your e-mail address for any reason. 

By registering your information with us, you consent to siLversands sending correspondence regarding the website and our store to the e-mail address that you have registered.

Section 7 Delivery


7.1 Delivery area, time frame and costs 

The products are shipped with delivery slips to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of Order placement.

Products will be delivered within a maximum of 14 working days of the Order confirmation sent by the Seller to the Customer.

It is understood that the delivery times may vary, without exceeding the maximum indicated above, according to the delivery method selected by the Customer.

Shipping is free of charge for all Orders of Products exceeding €150

7.2 Delivery Errors

The Customer shall make delivery error claims to the Seller no later than 7 calendar days following delivery.

Delivery error shall mean non-compliance of the Products as compared to the description contained in the Order Form (incorrect product number, size, color).

In the event of a delivery error, the Product(s) to be exchanged must be returned to the Seller in their original condition and ready for sale (unwashed, unworn).

Return costs are the responsibility of the Seller but Product return is the responsibility of the Customer.

Fees for reshipping the exchanged Product(s) shall be borne by the Seller.


8.1 Returns

 a) Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are nor satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return purchase products within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you received them from  the siLversands. No refund will be made in respect of articles returned to siLversands after the said fourteen days period. 

b) Shipping cost for returns: Please note that we will not refund the shipping cost for the returned articles.

c) Condition of the Product(s) returned: the Customer must return the Product(s) carefully packed in a secure package and the Product(s) must be in their original condition and ready for sale (unwashed, unworn, undamaged).

e)  Return verification: upon receipt of the return, the Seller will inspect the Product(s) and, if the return is validated, Your refund will be credited back to the same card or paypal account used to make the original purchase within 14 days. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Section 9 EXCHANGE


a) Unless agreed otherwise, the consumer is entitled to exchange the purchased goods provided that the following conditions have been met: 
- exchange takes place within 8 days (or within such other period as agreed) of the date of delivery of the goods, and subject to production of the original receipt or invoice; 
- the goods are returned in their original packaging and have not been worn;

b)The provision in section a does not apply to goods that have been reduced in price. Nor can bespoke goods be returned, i.e. goods made to the specific instructions of the consumer and goods ordered by the business on the specific instructions of the consumer.


a) A complaint about any defect in any purchased goods or other defect in the performance of the contract should be notified to the business as soon as possible and no later than two months from the date on which such defect was discovered. 

b)        The consumer should preferably notify the business of its complaint in writing. Before being able to exercise his right to complain, the consumer must, at the request of the business, establish that the contract to which the complaint relates is a binding contract with this business. The consumer is advised to keep proof of purchase or proof of handing over for repair of the goods, or proof of an order to make the goods.


These Conditions and any matter relating to their interpretation or execution shall be subject to the application of Lithuanian law. For disputes or claims, the Customer should first contact the Seller Customer Service Department (info@silver-sands.eu) to find an amicable solution. Otherwise, the Customer may bring legal proceedings before the competent courts.


All elements of the Seller Website, whether audio or visual (such as text, illustrations, photographs, company names, distinctive signs, trademarks (this list is not exhaustive)) are protected by copyright, trademarks and/or Lithuanian, European and international patents and are the exclusive property of the Seller. For this reason and in accordance with the provisions of the Lithuanian Intellectual Property Code, only strictly personal use of the Website is permitted, and provided that the elements of the Seller Website will not be changed. Any reproduction or total or partial transmission of the Website www.silver-sands.eu is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from the Seller.
